  This is a first class estate agent. We worked with Rob Ellen, who sold us a house in Frinton in September 2016. It was a complex sale, and took a lot of time,. Rob was fabulously professional and helpful colleague to deal with. In my experience of the property world, Rob has been the most impressive individual I have worked with. He was constantly in touch with us during the year in which we were looking for the right property. He understood what we were looking for, because he listened to us. He never suggested that we look at something that did not fit our specification (other agents did I am afraid).
  
  But crucially, when it came to ‘doing the deal’, he handled it with quite extraordinary skill. It was not at all straightforward and so he and I had dozens of phone calls and email exchanges. He always did what he said he would do, and without fail rang back exactly when he said he would.
  
  I am not in the habit of writing reviews like this, but I am doing it in this case because I was incredibly impressed with the service we got from Moving Places in Frinton, and from Rob in particular. We could not have had better support and service from an estate agent, and I would honestly recommend anyone looking for a good agent to work with Rob and Moving Places

  We sold our property through Moving Places at the beginning of the year. All appointments made with the company were kept to and Adam arrived promptly to take photos of our property for the marketing material. This information was sent through for us to proof read and uploaded online quickly. The viewing process was well communicated with Carol and Jamie providing feedback to us from potential buyers. Once we found a buyer they kept us informed on what was going on and if we were to sell in the future Moving Places would be our first choice of agent.
